Store Policy
Shipping Policy
We'll try to ship your chocolate within 1-2 days of receiving your order. From May to October, we ship so your chocolate is in transit for no more than 1-2 days, as the summer heat will make puddles out of your chocolate if it takes longer. Within a few states of us, fedex ground will get to you within 2 days, otherwise 2-day or overnight is needed. Orders received Thursday through Sunday will ship the following Monday. We pack all chocolate orders in insulated cooler boxes with ice packs. The packaging will keep the chocolate cool, but please don't let it sit on your porch in the sun after it's been delivered!Return Policy
We want you to be 100% happy with your order. Period. We will replace our chocolates for you or refund your money if our truffles don't meet your expectations.Browse Local Producers

Our chocolates are made exclusively from organic ingredients, and are gluten- and nut-free. We're now Certified Kosher (Dairy) by EarthKosher, making our chocolate perfect for bar mitzvahs and holiday gifts.

Our Story
There is no Seth Ellis. The name is derived from the respective middle names of two of the co-founders, brothers Neil and Rick Levine. Rick has 25 years of experience as a tech entrepreneur and marketer, but his heart has always been in confections. Because of this, he has spent the last eight years learning everything he can about chocolate. Neil, a trained artist, handles the product packaging and design. The third co-founder, David Lurie, brings his extensive experience in hospitality, where he learned how to manage and scale operations for a food business. Together, they've form a chocolate-making dream team.“We had a customer who wanted us to try and make a nut-free ‘peanut butter’ cup, and suggested we try sunflower butter. They were an instant hit.”
