Shipping Policy
We'll try to ship your chocolate within 1-2 days of receiving your order. From May to October, we ship so your chocolate is in transit for no more than 1-2 days, as the summer heat will make puddles out of your chocolate if it takes longer. Within a few states of us, fedex ground will get to you within 2 days, otherwise 2-day or overnight is needed. Orders received Thursday through Sunday will ship the following Monday. We pack all chocolate orders in insulated cooler boxes with ice packs. The packaging will keep the chocolate cool, but please don't let it sit on your porch in the sun after it's been delivered!Return Policy
We want you to be 100% happy with your order. Period. We will replace our chocolates for you or refund your money if our truffles don't meet your expectations.Browse Local Producers

Our Jackson Pollock-inspired ginger truffles combine heavy cream, butter and 66% dark chocolate with two kinds of ginger; yellow ginger grown in Puna, Hawaii to give our cream infusion a rich ginger base and candied ginger from the Buderim ginger co-op in Queensland, Australia to add sparkle. We combine 66% dark chocolate and white chocolate in the ganache, and spatter our chocolate molds with colored cocoa butter to make a perfect ginger treat.
Usually ships within 2 days. Orders received later in the week will ship the following Monday, so your chocolate isn't sitting in the warm over the weekend.
